In providing healthcare services, Medicus Clinic is guided by respect for human dignity, privacy, the right to information and patients' decisions.
Fundamental rights
- To benefit from healthcare services fairly and equitably.
- To request information and inspect records.
- To choose or change the healthcare institution and, to the extent permitted by law, its personnel.
- To have one's privacy respected.
- To be informed before a medical intervention and to give or refuse consent, except where legislation provides otherwise.
- To receive services in a safe and respectful environment.
- To exercise the right to apply, complain and bring legal proceedings.
