Your rights when receiving healthcare and how to submit a request.

Our approach to patient rights

In providing healthcare services, Medicus Clinic is guided by respect for human dignity, privacy, the right to information and patients' decisions.

Fundamental rights

  • To benefit from healthcare services fairly and equitably.
  • To request information and inspect records.
  • To choose or change the healthcare institution and, to the extent permitted by law, its personnel.
  • To have one's privacy respected.
  • To be informed before a medical intervention and to give or refuse consent, except where legislation provides otherwise.
  • To receive services in a safe and respectful environment.
  • To exercise the right to apply, complain and bring legal proceedings.

You may submit requests and complaints concerning patient rights to the Patient Rights and Information Security Unit, by email to info@medicus.com.tr, or at the clinic's physical address.
