3. Current use and external services

The current website audit did not identify an active tracking tool for advertising, profiling or behavioural analytics. A connection to Google Fonts resources may be made to serve typefaces. Google Maps, WhatsApp and other external services open only when a visitor selects the relevant link; those services apply their own privacy and cookie policies.

4. Managing preferences

Non-essential categories are off on the first visit and are activated only after the visitor makes an affirmative choice. The banner allows visitors to accept or reject all categories or choose categories separately. Preferences can be changed or withdrawn at any time through the Cookie Preferences control in the website footer.

5. Storage of preference records

To avoid asking again on every page, the consent version, timestamp and choices for necessary, functional, analytics and marketing categories are stored in your browser's local storage under the key medicus_cookie_consent. The record is renewed when you change your choice or the consent text version changes.
